Hanover House is fully committed to the enhanced Care Programme Approach (CPA) ensuring that patient care is regularly reviewed and developed to meet the continuing needs of the patient. We invite and encourage all agencies involved in the care of the patient to attend the reviews, including family members (where appropriate), and advocates. We recognise that the patient is central to CPA and the patient is encouraged to attend and participate in the planning of their care.
