Hanover House is fully committed to multi-disciplinary team working and the implementation of the Care Programme Approach through effective, enhanced care co-ordination.

The multi-disciplinary team consist of Psychiatrists, Forensic Psychologists, Occupational Therapists, Clinical Nurse Specialists, Social Workers, Nurses and Healthcare Workers.

They are an experienced and skilled team of clinicians who are committed to providing care for the specialist patient groups.They form a strong multi-disciplinary team with extensive expertise within the specialist area of care.

Our staff engage in comprehensive in-house training programmes which includes evidence-based practice and the implementation of this within our hospital, including risk assessment. We enable staff to attend external training and conferences in order to ensure that the latest research and treatment can be incorporated within our treatment programmes and therapy where appropriate.

A number of our clinicians have presented at national and international conferences.
